GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective date: 30 January 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the GTC) govern the sale of products on www.izyls.com by IZYLS to consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer law.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

IZYLS offers home decor, furniture and tableware products, mainly handcrafted and handmade.

3.1 Made-to-Order Products

Some products, including rugs, are made to order.

After order confirmation and payment, the product is sent to production with IZYLS’ artisan partners.

An estimated production time is indicated on the product page prior to order validation.

Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations in size, color or pattern may occur and do not constitute a defect.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to availability or production capacity.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed and refunded promptly.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

IZYLS reserves the right to change prices at any time.

The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

6. Orders

An order becomes final once the customer:

  • selects the products,
  • provides required information,
  • completes payment,
  • accepts these GTC.

An order confirmation email is sent after payment validation.

IZYLS reserves the right to refuse or suspend an order in case of payment issues or incorrect information.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card,
  • PayPal,
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay,
  • Bank transfer (upon request).

For made-to-order products, payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise stated.

8. Delivery

8.1 Delivery Times

For made-to-order products, delivery time includes:

  • a production period, and
  • a shipping period.

Delivery times are provided as estimates and communicated prior to order confirmation.

8.2 Customs (Outside EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the product.

9.1 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or clearly personalized products (specific dimensions, colors, or customization requested by the customer).

Products made to order without personalization remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must be:

  • unused,
  • in perfect condition,
  • in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

11. Legal Warranties

Products benefit from:

  • the legal warranty of conformity, and
  • the warranty against hidden defects,

in accordance with applicable French and EU laws.

12. Liability

IZYLS shall not be liable for:

  • improper use of products,
  • delays attributable to carriers,
  • events of force majeure.

In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order.

13. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

The Privacy Policy is available on the website.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

Consumers may resort to mediation or bring claims before competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
